    How does Flickmyhouse work?

    Flickmyhouse works from the reasoning that the tenant and the lessor get in touch quickly and easily. This occurs through a direct chat connection. By means of the personal profile of the tenant, the lessor gets an image of the interested person. In this way, the lessor can easily determine if this person is appropriate for the object.

    How can I offer my property?

    After creating your profile, you can add the first object. Consequently, you enter all your data about the object(s), provide a fluent text, and upload sharp, truthful pictures.

    Can I draw up a rental contract via Flickmyhouse?

    We work with diverse brokers and managers who offer this service, fill out the contact form on our website and ask for the possibilities. We will then contact you.

    For how long does my object appear on your app?

    This is entirely up to you, put the status on free for as long as the property is available. When the property has been rented out, put the property on taken. This is then no longer shown in the offers.

    On what device can I download the app?

    You can download Flickmyhouse on both an iOS or Android device.

    How can I delete my account?

    By going to your profile, consequently going to settings and pressing the button “delete my account”. Do note that this will remove your property/properties from the database.

    Within how many hours will my problem be solved?

    We try to fix common “bugs” within 24 hours. In case of an unknown “bug”, we apply 72 hours, so that we can present it to our developer.

    What happens to my data?

    Not that much. The data about the property and the personal profile picture are shown to the tenants, furtherly we make the data anonymous for internal user statistics. All data provided by you are managed conform to data protection laws.

    How do I get in touch with a tenant?

    When a tenant is interested in one of your offered properties, a notification will appear: [..] is interested in your object. When you have enabled push-up notifications, you automatically receive notifications about interested tenants.
    If the tenant meets your demands, you can accept the tenant. After the Flick moment, the chat function can be used. This way, you can ask questions that are still unanswered, to consequently plan a visit. There is no limit to the number of chats.

    How do I know if the potential tenant is reliable?

    By means of the personal description and profile picture, you as a lessor can make an estimation of the person. You can also always take a look on this person’s Facebook page or google this person. In case of doubt, you can ask for tenant screening at a company that offers this.

    Can I also offer my property as “short stay”?

    Short stay objects can be offered on the Flickmyhouse application for a rental period of at least 3 months.

    Can I also make use of Flickmyhouse via the website?

    Yes, you can go to the footer from the website, then click on white paper and upload the XML feed for (all) your rental properties over there.

    My email address does not work.
