You can share your offer(s) by clicking on the right button “Share” from your overview. You will then be given the choice to share or forward them on all platforms.
You can also share it from chat, or while viewing a home. In that case, you click on the share button that appears in the top bar.
When you open the app you always arrive at your rental offer(s). For each property you will find the button “Published” on the right side, when you click on this, the house is set to “offline” and therefore no longer shown to the tenant.
While editing the house you will also see the option “Free” (available), when you swiped it to the left the house will be “Offline” as well.

Shortstay objects can be offered for a rental period from a minimum of 3 months. Please pay attention! Each municipality has its own short-stay policy. Inquire with the relevant Municipality for more information.
This is all up to you, as long as the property is available, keep the property on published. Is the property rent? Put the property on hold. The property will not be shown in the data-base anymore.
Note that the moderator team performs a random availability check for rental properties that are online for more than 60 days. The house is then taken offline and put back online after validation.
