I’ve described it several times before and will keep mentioning it in certain blogs because I find these tools genuinely well-conceived, and most importantly, very user-friendly for all target groups.
Buying, shipping, and delivering from any location you are currently in? Where have I heard or seen that before… Well, until now, the search bar (of many websites) is indeed linked to a specific location, but I hadn’t yet found a marketplace where you can have packages delivered nationally and internationally, let alone one where you can add a service, let alone holiday trips and homes…
How does the match locator work?
Combine infinite products/services in a smart shopping cart¹, where you, as a user, are not pushed or spammed with emails to buy and/or make bookings. Simply shopping online, alone or together, that’s what the match-locator stands for.
Once you’ve paid for a product or service, you’ll see your match ID. This ID is crucial for finding your product or service via the Match-Locator (search bar). You’ll receive a copy of this in your mailbox, and simultaneously, your match ID is also suitable for the following: QR code, ²e-wallet, track and trace, uploading proofs, and premium delivery options.
Regarding privacy-sensitive information, I advise you to always use your personal E-wallet within the app. This way, you can easily store your proofs of purchase or reservation so you can readily show them to the supplier, receptionist, agency, or simply keep them for your own administration.
