Florida
You could describe the Florida Keys as the Wadden Islands on a grand scale. I’ve never been there myself, but from research, I can assure you that the Sunshine State is a perfect fit for our marketplace. Visit well-known places like Tampa Bay, Tallahassee, Miami with its Cuban roots, and of course, Orlando for its famous theme parks like Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.
Nevada
A place in the desert that’s rarely touted as a holiday destination, yet for those who love history or are curious about the fate of Native Americans, this state comes highly recommended. Carson City, Nevada’s small capital, borders the Great Basin Desert and the Mojave Desert. Here, you can still clearly see how cowboys and Native Americans once lived. Tired of all the desert sand? You can always head to vibrant Las Vegas to try your luck in one of its many casinos with super luxurious hotels.

Brazil
The land of football, beaches, and parties truly is a vacation paradise after my own heart. Especially places like Recife, Florianopolis, and Fortaleza are genuine seaside resorts boasting beaches at least 5 km long. It’s wonderful to rent those small motorboats and cruise along the coast yourself. Sport fishing here is also highly recommended (with a guide), both at sea and in inland lakes.
Chili
For hikers, mountain bikers, and climbers, January and February offer breathtaking views. While these are the busiest tourist months, it’s definitely worth the trip from the vibrant capital, Santiago, to Torres del Paine. The natural parks of Punta Arenas and Patagonia are also very much worth visiting.
Argentina
The land of tango, flamenco, and barbecue is a must for dance enthusiasts and meat lovers. Without a good T-bone steak, there’s no dancing or singing! Experience this in unique villages like Cueva de las Manos and Quebrada de Humahuaca.
To admire various architectural styles, Mendoza, San Juan, and La Riojaare cultural spots you should definitely visit. For those who want to escape the city bustle and enjoy horseback riding, nothing should stop you from exploring these unspoiled natural regions. As for rafting, the Río de las Vueltas and Mendoza River are excellent choices.
