In Blog article 7, I already mentioned “providers or real estate agents.” So what’s the difference for you as a real estate agent? Let’s start with the provider. A provider is someone who randomly offers properties from owners or landlords, both domestically and abroad. The risks with random providers are that their administration is usually not in order. By that, I mean their administration in general, like posting and removing properties online, but also drafting rental agreements or invoicing them, national regulations, property management, and so on.
Software
In contrast, most real estate agents do have experience with the points mentioned above. However, what real estate agents often struggle with are the various software tools they typically pay too much for monthly to get their properties rented out. Every company promotes its software as the best, which is logical in itself, but each of these software providers has its own drawbacks and advantages.
The only drawback for Flickmyhouse is if you, as a real estate agent or owner, respond too slowly to tenants or forget to delist a property once it’s rented and don’t update your account accordingly.
You might almost think: only one drawback???
