When am I eligible for a premium subscription?
You can subscribe at any time for €9.90 per month.
Do I pay monthly or annually?
You can take out a subscription either monthly or annually.
With a monthly subscription you will not receive a label printer. You will need to purchase this yourself, we also offer this in the webshop.
With the annual subscription you receive a 17% discount compared to the monthly subscription. The label print is free with the purchase of the annual subscription.
Duration and agreement of the subscription
1. Depending on the choice of the Counterparty, the Subscription is entered into for a fixed period of 12 months or for an indefinite period.
2. If the Subscription is entered into for a specific period of 12 months, the Subscription will be tacitly extended for an indefinite period after the expiry of this specific period, unless the Subscription has been terminated in a timely manner in accordance with the provisions of the following paragraph.
3. The Subscription ends by cancellation with due observance of a notice period of one month, but not before the expiry of any specific term. When cancelling the Subscription by the Counterparty, the Counterparty must state its customer ID.

What does a custom shipping label entail?
This means that you can print your own label anywhere in the world using the supplied mobile printer. Once your package is labeled, it will also be picked up at your location or destination.
How does Flickmyhouse handle my dropped-off parcel?
After we have accepted your package, the delivery person will immediately scan your package, you will see this immediately in your E-wallet and you will also receive a confirmation email with information about your track and trace.
