Elke distributeur beslist welk after-sales beleid wordt toegepast op hun website of bedrijf. In sommige gevallen wordt er de voorkeur aan gegeven het geld voor het artikel terug te sturen naar de klant en daarmee aanvullende logistieke kosten te vermijden. In het geval dat het dient te worden vervangen is de procedure heel eenvoudig: de klant dient naar www.flickmyhouse.shop/ te gaan, een compleet nieuwe bestelling aan te maken en ervoor te betalen.
Het bieden van de hoogste kwaliteit en de beste garantie is onze toewijding aan onze klanten. Alle artikelen hebben een garantie voor een periode van twee jaar vanaf de datum van bezorging.
  • Defecten die ontstaan zijn door verwaarlozing, klappen, foutief gebruik, manipulatie, verkeerde spanning of installatie, of slijtage, worden niet gedekt.
  • In het geval van computer producten, dekt de garantie geen virusverwijdering, programma herstel of herinstallatie na formatteren.
  •  Als er een detail van de garantie of het aankoopbewijs aangepast, veranderd of vervangen is; en/of
  • Als er geknoeid is met het identificatienummer of met het product dat onder garantie valt of als het gerepareerd is zonder voorafgaande toestemming van de Technische Dienst.

Flickmyhouse neemt de producten in perfecte staat die eindgebruikers/klant niet meer willen of een verkeerde aankoop of wat voor reden dan niet terug.
Flickmyhouse geeft een uitzonderlijke gratis ophaalservice aan klanten voor die producten met fabricagefouten die zij hebben geleverd aan hun klanten. Flickmyhouse kan elke twee maanden een gratis ophaling doen via hun leveranciers, zolang Members € 300 aan kosten hebben spendeert. Indien dit bedrag niet wordt gehaald, dan zal Flickmyhouse het ophalen uitstellen tot maximaal 30 dagen. Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing in Nederland zowel Europees en Internationaal uitgezonderd van eilanden zoals; b.v. de Canarische Eilanden, en niet-EU landen, waar de leveranciers de goederen naar het vasteland dient te sturen, en de verzendkosten dient te dragen en “defecte verkoopwaar – GEEN KOSTEN” op de factuur dient te vermelden.Wanneer een vervoerder besluit om de producten op een andere wijze te retourneren, zal de leverancier alle gemaakte kosten betalen en moet Flickmyhouse inlichten over deze beslissen zodat we de retour kunnen verwerken. Stap 1Ga naar uw Account, ga naar het RETOUR tabblad en maak een KLAD aan waarin u producten toevoegt die opgehaald kunnen worden als defecte fabricage. Als eenmaal aan een van bovenstaande voorwaarden wordt voldaan, zal een VERSTUUR knop automatisch worden geactiveerd om te verzoeken tot ophaling van de producten. Vul alle gewenste velden in.Stap 2Volg de getoonde stappen, als uw ophaling is geaccepteerd. Vul het ophaal- en pakketten adres in. Indien de TSS nog informatie vereist, dan zal dit per e-mail worden gecommuniceerd. De status van uw ophaling zal automatisch door ons systeem worden bekendgemaakt.Stap 3Bereid het pakket in optimale conditie voor en presenteer alle defecte producten in (een) grote kartonnen doos(dozen). Onthoud dat de originele dozen van de producten zelf intact dienen te arriveren, zonder stickers of schade. Daarom is het essentieel om kartonnen dozen te verstevigen en ze goed dicht te plakken.Plak het label dat ons systeem voor afdrukken genereert op ieder pakket. Vergeet niet om dit label (welke het RMA nummer bevat in verband met uw ophaling, het pakketnummer en een identificatie barcode) te printen en plakken op elk pakket.De garantie dekt fabricagefouten en dekt in geen geval slijtage of misbruik. We zullen alleen het geld retourneren van de producten die een fabricagefout hebben, dus u dient de producten die tekenen van slijtage of schade vertonen goed te inspecteren. In het geval van een beschadigde verpakking of met koeriers zegels zal 100% van de waarde van het product niet worden terugbetaald. Daarom is het belangrijk dat u uw klanten adviseert de teruggestuurde waar goed te beschermen met een extra kartonnen doos, om de eigen verpakking van het product niet te beschadigen.Stap 4Als de producten eenmaal zijn ontvangen, zal technische dienst van leveranciers  elk product, pakket analyseren en als ze eenmaal allemaal zijn geverifieerd, zal een vervanging of terugbetaling worden gedaan, waar nodig. De betalingen zullen worden voldaan in uw opgegeven gegevens waaronder uw account. Het proces van controleren en terugbetalen van de koopwaar kan enkele weken in beslag nemen vanaf het moment van ontvangst in het magazijn.
Wanneer het product duidelijke tekenen vertoont van foutief gebruik of ongerechtvaardigde schade, of aankomt in slechte staat;– Wanneer het product wordt geretourneerd zonder de verpakking, met een beschadigde verpakking, of met transport labels die de verpakking onbruikbaar maken -50% van de productwaarde zal in mindering worden gebracht; en– wanneer het product geretourneerd wordt met ontbrekende delen of accessoires, of als de incidentbeschrijving onecht is – het product zal niet worden terugbetaald.Erg belangrijk: er worden geen terugbetalingen gedaan  aan geretourneerde producten die geen gebreken hebben of waarvan de incidentbeschrijving onecht is. Indien we geen bevestiging of betaling ontvangen binnen 7 dagen, zullen de producten worden vernietigd in een containerpark en zal Flickmyhouse geen enkele aanspraak op de producten aanvaarden onder welke omstandigheden dan ook.

  • Defects caused by neglect, blows, misuse, manipulation, incorrect voltage or installation, or wear and tear are not covered.
  • In the case of computer products, the warranty does not cover virus removal, program recovery or reinstallation after formatting.
  • If any detail of the warranty or proof of purchase has been modified, changed or replaced; and/or
  • If the identification number or the product under warranty has been tampered with or if it has been repaired without prior authorization from the Technical Service.

Flickmyhouse does not take back the products in perfect condition that end users / customer no longer want or a wrong purchase or whatever reason.

Flickmyhouse gives an exceptional for free collection service to customers for those products with manufacturing defects that they have delivered to their customers. Flickmyhouse can do a free pick up every two months through their suppliers, as long as. Members Have spent €300 in costs. If this amount is not met, Flickmyhouse will postpone the collection for a maximum of 30 days. These conditions apply in the Netherlands both European and International except for islands such as; e.g. the Canary Islands, and non-EU countries, where the suppliers must send the goods to the mainland, bear the shipping costs and indicate “defective merchandise – NO CHARGES” on the invoice.

If a carrier decides to return the products in any other way, the supplier will pay all costs incurred and must inform Flickmyhouse of this decision so that we can process the return.

 

Step 1

Go to your Account, go to the RETURNS tab and create a DRAFT where you add products that can be picked up as defective manufacturing. Once one of the above conditions is met, a SEND button will be automatically activated to request collection of the products. Fill in all required fields.

Step 2

Follow the steps shown, if your pick up has been accepted. Enter the pick-up and parcel address. If the TSS still requires information, this will be communicated by e-mail. The status of your collection will be automatically announced by our system.

Step 3

Prepare the package in optimal condition and present all defective products in (a) large cardboard box(es). Remember that the original boxes of the products themselves must arrive intact, with no stickers or damage. That is why it is essential to reinforce cardboard boxes and to seal them properly.

Stick the label that our printing system generates on each package. Do not forget to print and stick this label (which contains the RMA number associated with your collection, the package number and an identification barcode) on each package.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and in no way covers wear and tear or abuse. We will only refund the products that have a manufacturing defect, so you should inspect the products that show signs of wear or damage. In case of damaged packaging or with courier seals, 100% of the value of the product will not be refunded. It is therefore important that you advise your customers to properly protect the returned goods with an extra cardboard box, in order not to damage the product’s own packaging.

Step 4

Once the products are received, suppliers technical support will analyze each product, package and once they are all verified, a replacement or refund will be made as appropriate. Payments will be made in your specified data, including your account. The process of checking and refunding the merchandise can take several weeks from the time of receipt at the warehouse.

When the product shows obvious signs of misuse or unjustified damage, or arrives in poor condition;

– When the product is returned without the packaging, with damaged packaging, or with transport labels that make the packaging unusable -50% of the product value will be deducted; and

– if the product is returned with missing parts or accessories, or if the incident description is false – the product will not be refunded.

Very important: No refunds will be made on returned products that are not defective or whose incident description is false. If we do not receive confirmation or payment within 7 days, the products will be destroyed in a container park and Flickmyhouse will not accept any claim on the products under any circumstances.
